Special service for English speaking youths and their caretakers
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to take the first step towards treatment at Youz. How does it work?
Once you, your family or referrer has asked us to see you, you will be asked to have an initial chat with an English speaking therapist. This chat will help us to get a clear idea of what your needs are. This therapist will make sure that what you discuss is properly transferred to the colleagues by whom you will be treated, so they have a clear understanding of what your problems are. The actual treatment will also be in English.
For what issues do we offer treatment and support?
Are you feeling down? Having trouble concentrating at school? Or do you have problems at home or with your friends? Youz treats children and youngsters with symptoms such as depression, anxiety, behavioural problems, personality disorders and addiction. We are specialized in mental healthcare and addiction care for children, youth and young adults. We cooperate with hospitals, general practitioners, schools, centers for youth and family, the municipality and other youth care and mental health institutions. So you can always get the right help for you near home.
How can we best help you?
Because you are one of a kind, we will always make a unique and personal treatment plan, adapted to your personal needs. Our team of specialists is ready to work together with you and get a grip on your problems. Treatment may consist of conversations, multiple types of therapy, medication, or training.
